  • Selling a selection of artwork, prints and cards to help raise funds for the Snow Leopard Conservancy at their Annual Fundraiser on May 5th in San Francisco.

  • American Oystercatcher at Fort de Soto State Park, FL, selected out of 500 entries into the Triton Museum of Art’s Statewide Photography Competition and Exhibition from April 16th – June 23rd, 2013.

    March 2013

  • NANPA releases 2013 publication of Expressions featuring the top 250 NANPA showcase winners. Three images by Jacqueline Deely Photography can be seen on pages, 25, 102, 113.

  • Announcing a month long exhibit featuring a selection of framed images beginning April 1st at La Crema Coffee Roasting Company on The Alameda in San Jose, CA. Framed images and cards will be available for purchase.

    February 2013

  • Attending the 2013 North American Nature Photography Association (NANPA) Summit from February 28th - March 3rd in Jacksonville, FL. Awarded top honors with three images selected out of 2400 entries to be featured in the NANPA publication "Expressions".

    Also earn a Top 16 placement for Northern Elephant Seal in The Channel Islands, in addition to being one of only six images selected to recieve a Judge's Choice Award and monetary prize.

  • "Dashing Duo" on display at the California Watchable Wildlife Exhibit from January 15th - February 28th at The Arts Building Gallery in Auburn, CA.


    December 2012

  • Selected as one of the new artists represented by the Portola Art Gallery from January through February, 2013.

    November 2012

  • Killdeer Chick selected for the cover of the 2013 Elkhorn Slough Foundation Calendar.

  • Awarded top honors at the North American Nature Photography Association's (NANPA) 2013 Showcase with three images selected out of thousands of entries. Northern Elephant Seal earns a Top 100 placement, in addition to being one of only six selected to recieve a Judge's Choice Award to be presented at the 2013 NANPA Nature Photography Summit in Jacksonville, FL.

    Two addtional images honored with a Top 250 placement. "Two's Company" (Red Lechwe Antelope) and "Among Giants" (Baby Elephant). All three images will also be featured in the 2013 NANPA print journal "Expressions".

    October 2012

  • Final "Meet the Artists" weekend, October 19th & 20th at Filoli Gardens as part of the "Handcrafted and Through the Lens: Nature Interpreted" exhibit.

  • Drawing of "Lean on Me" by UK wildlife artist Karen E. Phillips raises at auction 1000 British Pounds for The David Sheldrick Trust at their at their first ever Charity Gala Dinner in London!

  • Killdeer Chick selected for the 2014 Monterey Birding Festival Calendar.

  • Exhibiting at The 2012 Monterey Bay Birding Festival from September 13th - 16th in Watsonville, CA.

  • "Meet the Artists" weekend, August 18th & 19th at Filoli Gardens as part of the "Handcrafted and Through the Lens: Nature Interpreted" exhibit.

  • Juvenile Harbor Seal graces the cover of Coast Views Magazine's August issue.

    July 2012

  • "Handcrafted and Through the Lens: Nature Interpreted" exhibit opens at Filoli Gardens and runs through October 21st, 2012. Two 18" x 24" framed images are on display: "Dashing Duo" and "Bathtime Ballet" and available for purchase along with a selection of matted prints and boxed notecards.

    June 2012

  • Awarded First Place in the "Bird Photography" category and Best of Show in the "Color Photography" category in the Fine Arts Galleria at the 2012 San Mateo County Fair for "Bathtime Ballet".

  • Article "Finding Inspiration Close To Home" published in Abe's of Maine's blog.

  • Two images "Dashing Duo" and "Bathtime Ballet" were accepted out of 252 entries to be on display at the "Handcrafted and Through the Lens: Nature Interpreted" exhibit at Filoli Gardens from July 10th through October 21st. During this time, there will be four "meet the artist" days where I will also exhibit and make available for purchase additional pieces.

  • Scheduled to exhibit and sell a selection of bird images at The 2012 Monterey Bay Birding Festival from September 13th - 16th in Watsonville, CA.

  • Submitted five framed images to the 2012 San Mateo County Fair which runs from June 9th - 17th. Images will be on display in the Fine Arts Galleria and are also available for purchase.

    April 2012

  • UK wildlife artist Karen E. Phillips completes drawing of "Lean on Me" to be donated to the The David Sheldrick Trust for auction in September, 2012.

  • I will once again be selling/donating a portion of the proceeds of two framed prints to a private fundraiser on May 10th for "Save the Elephants".

    March 2012

  • "Jewels of The Kalahari" awarded third prize in the"World Footprints Travel Photo Contest".

  • "Dashing Duo" awarded second prize in California Watchable Wildlife's February 2012 Photo Competition and will be featured in the March/April issue of "Outdoor California" magazine.

  • "Jewels of the Kalahari" chosen as one of the top ten in the "Women in Focus International Women's Exhibit 2012".
    It will be displayed at the Central Library Gallery at One Margret Mitchell Street, Atlanta, Georgia.

  • Raised $200.00 for Painted Dog Conservation through the sale of framed prints at Wildlife Conservation Network's March 3rd fundraising event for Painted Dog Conservation in Palo Alto, CA.

    January 2012

  • Two page interview about my 2011 photographic workshop to Botswana is featured in Aardvark Safari's February newsletter.
