Juvenile King Penguin

Salisbury Plain, South Georgia Island

A cold, shivering young king penguin is soaked through after going in the water before its adult and waterproof plumage has developed. This poor bird sure was a miserable sight and I so wanted to wrap it in a warm blanket.
