Biography
ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER

Originally from the United Kingdom, Jacqueline has resided in the USA for 28 years and now makes northern California her home. Her interest in nature photography took root several years ago as she become enamored with California's diverse landscape and wildlife. She invested in her first DSLR and the rest is history!
A member of The North American Nature Photography Association (NANPA), Jacqueline had three images selected out of 2,400 entries for their 2013 NANPA Showcase, including one of only six Judge's Choice Awards presented at their Nature Photography Summit in February.
Other awards include First Prize for bird photography and Best of Show for color photography in the Fine Arts Galleria of the 2012 San Mateo County Fair. She has exhibited at Filoli Gardens, The Portola Art Gallery and most recently, The Triton Museum of Art.
Conservation is an essential component in Jacqueline’s life and she regularly donates both her time and her work to various organizations.
Her images have helped raise funds for The David Sheldrick Trust, The Snow Leopard Conservancy, Painted Dog Conservation and The Marine Mammal Center.
Although she primarily photographs the wildlife of northern California, Jacqueline loves to travel and will be embarking on a five week adventure to Antarctica and Patagonia at year end.
